AutoCAD 2018 - Large attachment to xref

I am running 2018 version of AutoCAD

About an year ago I walked on a Project. I have received floor plans from the Architect and there is large back ground with instruction. The instruction and the background is not printable.

Since then, I noticed whenever I xrefed a plan that large background labeled Label one (See attached M-101 zip file).  What happens is whenever I zoomed Extent - the files becomes extremely small and I had to blow up. It is just a nuisance. I have attached the xref files and you see the large Label one is not showing in any of the xref files.   

How do I get rid of this attachment. Moreover, how do I avoid the attachment?

The issue appears to be with the Title Block Xref.  Open the 22-018 - TB.dwg file, turn on the DEFPOINTS layer to see the "Extra" content and select what you wish to remove.  Save the modified file and your problem should go away the next time you Zoom Extents in the opened 22-018-M-101.dwg file.

Wonder why all of your files are 2007DWG file format too

Anyway, that odd content also litters all of your other files (and not as part of the XREF either)

Looks like you folks need to stop for a minute to clean up all these DWG files.
