Autocad 2018 is slow while gettiing a point

Is anyboy know why AUTOCAD 2018 is very slow  while getting a point ?

when the drawing have  some objet in model ，and i type "(getpoint)" , it will slow

what do you mean by (getpoint)"  ? also does this happen in every CAD dwg or just in a certain one ?

What is slow? Can you please describe that?

Some options to try:

• enable/disable dynamic input
• enable/disable object snap (also 3D-)
• test it with a new drawing with just a few lines

I mean the cursor jumpy/slow when you require a position。
when i built a new file ,the cursor is fast ，and the it will slow/jumpy When the object is more and more。But this does not appear in AutoCAD2014。But I can't always use small files ，right ?
I had tried the method "close the dynamaic input or enable/disable object snap (also 3D-)" ，but did not work。

Can you please upload such a drawing so we know what means "more and more" for you?

Also very helpful could be if you create a screencast/video from that file how it is working on your system (>>>free download<<<)? This gives us the best chance to exactly reproduce your steps on our systems.

this is the recorded video ,just like this ,i had try the graphic accerate and turn of all the tips \ text fill \hatch fill ，but did not work 。unless i delete some object or turn off some layer 。this will not appear on autocad 2014 (just the same files )

all the files which contain a lot of objects ， but this will not happen on autocad 2014 ( the same machine the same files) 。and a new empty file is quickly ，and it will go on slow if i add objects

Can you also please try:

• to turn off dynamic input
• make sure your visual style is set to "2D Wireframe"
• turn off hardware acceleration

If you can upload the drawing so we can compare our performance with your video, that would be great.
