AutoCAD 2018 INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I could not able to install and use "AutoCAD 2018" Software TRIAL VERSION  in my computer due to technical problem which can not be solved.

Hence , I Kindly request you to CANCEL  "AutoCAD 2018"  Software License immediately.

Dear AUTODESK Team,

My computer's software / Operating system  / Hardware has been failed/ damaged.

At present , i can not able to solve my computer's problem.

Hence , i  can not able to install   FREE trail version of  "AutoCAD 2018" software.

Hence , i kindly request you to cancel the "AutoCAD 2018"  LICENSE  immediately which you have sent to my "E-mail " 

Immediately DEACTIVATE  "AutoCAD 2018"  LICENSE  which you have sent to my "E-mail " 

Please help me and do the needful immediately.
