How to make AutoCAD automatically put down the dimensions of each line and the angles between them (so that the values keep the ratio when scaling) and in what other program you can do this. Thanks in advance

May I ask what for that is needed?

Also which angles are you referring to? 90° at least seems to be a 2D angle and not a (3D) angle "between them".

I also can't see (in your screenshot) any 2 neighbored lines that have a 90° angle between them.
