AutoCAD 2016 opens but nothing respond when clicked on

The system worked perfect and then all of a sudden nothing is responding. I can click on anything but nothing is responding?

Over the years, autocad has been growing up on fancy views, styles, interface but by the other way can't solve the most basic and important problems about performance, like this one.
I have similar problem in windows 10 with autocad 2016, when i select a group of elements autocad closes, when i'm moving any element (line, polyline, solid, surface, block) it freezes then closes.
I have a laptop dell inspiron 7548 intel core I7 5th gen., intel hd graphics 5500, amd radeon r7 m270 (certified by autocad as minimun requirements) 16 gb ram. I don't have so high requirements cause my average files are on 1.0 to 2.0 mb.

Remember when I used to work in autocad 2010 2d and 3d on a laptop intel core I3, nvidia GeForce GT420M an 3gb ram, flawlessly...

Just a few additional questions to isolate the problem (at least try to ... )

• Does that happen every time you start AutoCAD or "just" sometimes?
• Does the same happen, when you disconnect your workstation from network (and so also from Internet)?
• Does the same happen when you login to Windows with a new user account, having admin permissions, antivirus turned off and then start AutoCAD?
