How to plot 1782 X 841 MM sheet on 1:200 scale in auto cad.There is no suitable sheet size available.Either it is too big or it is too small.How can i customize the sheet size?

you can add your customized paper sheet from plot dialog and after selecting your plotter  ( see below image )

Thanks for that
I have done this and my plot size has changed but the drawing is still coming in bottom left corner in a small size. Please help

Now you'll need to check how the drawing units are set.  Are objects drawn 1 unit = 1 millimeter or 1 unit = 1 Meter?

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

 I am glad you have been able to device a custom sheet size.  The next step might be to make a named page setup to define how your drawing is placed and scaled upon it.  Can you attach a sample of your drawing? I am happy to make a quick video that shows the process.
