autocad 2015 not plotting

I have autocad 2015 LT I am running windows 10 64 bit with a hp 500 designjet plotter.My plotter will work with other programs and autocad will print to my printer.I have tried the ad plotter wizard in autocad (PC3) no luck it said it printed but did not. I tried updating driver no update for hp 500 with no card. When i try to plot i get None: This plotter configuration cannot be used for one of the reasons: the driver cannot be found, the device cannot be found, or the driver has a problem, The none plot device has been substitued.

Check that the Autocad printer name is exactly the same as the Windows Printer name

eg

I have a page setup which goes to OKI Universal PCL5. Yet on another machine in the office it just says OKI (it's the same printer). Trying to print from that machine I get the same message you get
