Help!

I have an AutoCad 2015 stand alone license.  It has started crashing while loading, and I can not longer operate it.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Thanks Sarah

Similar to my reply to other thread, I suggest you to check the system requirements. Please see the link below:

Then check if your AutoCAD is up-to-date.

Try Resetting the AutoCAD, may be that would fix the issue. To reset your AutoCAD click on start button and click on all programs and then select Autodesk and again select AutoCAD 2015 and click on "Reset setting to default" as shown in below snapshot.default.JPG

Thanks for the help everyone, I had had problems in the past with crashing and I turned off hardware acceleration (which fixed my problem). I ran troubleshooting on Autocad externally and I was able to turn off hardware acceleration (again) which has gotten my Autocad working again.  It looks like an update of my graphics card is in order to fix this problem?

Thanks again Sarah
