Auto-save ??

Hi All,

My auto-save was set to 5 minutes, and I worked on my drawing for over a couple hours - I make a point of manually saving often, but that morning my mind was occupied with something else... 😞

I had a crash, so I tried using the Drawing Recovery Manager to recover my file.  When I opened the SV$ file, I noticed there was no change from when I started the drawing that morning.  Am I missing something?

Edit : please check also this path and search .... C:\Users\(your user account)\AppData\Local\Temp

So... just to be clear on my end - if I open up an existing drawing and start working away without doing manually QSAVE, SAVE, or SAVEAS first the timer won't start?

Automatic saves are only done if a drawing has been modified after the last save. QSAVE, SAVE, and SAVEAS will delete the current .sv$ file and halt the automatic save timer until an edit is made to the drawing.
