Attribute count in cell table

Hi I have a keynote table and I'm trying to have the keynotes number incrementally down the list just like the mtext would do with automatic bullet numbering. The keynote is inserted as a block in the cell that has the attribute. Every time I insert the block I have to manually enter the keynote number. It would be nice that the number would update just like the mtext bullet numbering would do. Is it possible to do with my table? See attached table in cad.

I can feel your pain. I used to battle this too and I have still not found a Number incrementing routine that can adjust the block nested in a table cell.  I found that it was easier to stick with plain numbering.
