Attribute Block insertion error

When I try to insert Attribute Blocks into the drawing area, the blocks are exploded as shown in the screenshot and does not work properly.  Would anyone be able to help me to solve the issue?

Hi,

I suggest to check the Explode option from Insert dialog is not selected . If not fixed .. please post here a CAD dwg sample for testing ?

What is GRIPBLOCK set to?  If 1, set it to 0.

How are you "inserting" those blocks exactly?
