Array aprears to be block when edit in place (REFEDIT)

Hello,

I encounter a problem edting arrays that are included in block.

1. I create a path array.

2. Selecting both the array and the PL that serves as a path.

3. Edit block in place, array shows as a block.

when using Block edit- array stays array.

@avishay86MGE9 Do you just need to change your ARRAYASSOCIATIVITY variable setting? Usage is explained in HELP https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2023/ENU/index.html?guid=GUID-298A0544-E6C3-496F-9FA1-12AEC2FF564....

Or do you just need to use COPY command's "array" sub-option instead of array command
https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2023/ENU/index.html?guid=GUID-1CF9287F-06E8-4D03-8377-2E130862FE0....

thanks pendean.
I'm trying to reserve the path guiding line in order to be able to change the array's path.
I can't understand why array in a block is acting like a block... and in evidance- it's acting like it ONLY when editing in place.

>>"I can't understand why"

Because: IT IS!

The visual displaying thing on screen is displaying by a block reference, a very special one, but still a block reference.

Side note: You can use XCLIP on Arrays too, because of this.

While in 'editing in place' mode, it isn't hidden enough 😆  - and array edit  isn't implemented.

Well, REFEDIT is generally considered obsolete. So they probably just didn't waste their time to allow full capability.
