Arc does not intersect at intersection with other arc

Hello, I am a student user of autocad and I have a problem with my plan drawing of a portion of a hospital. I have a curved pathway that is intersecting with another arc that delineates a planting bed but the arc of the planting bed extends beyond the pathway arc. I cannot snap it back to where the two intersect. I also have the opposite problem. Instead of overlap, I have a small gap in between the arcs. Can anyone advise?

Probably because of the display.  Change your  viewres

check if any of those arcs have a Z value .

your attached image not clear enough !!! try Regen command , any changes ?

I typed in the command and it asked "do you want fast zooms?" to which I replied "yes" and then it prompts me to enter the zoom percent. What percent would you suggest? I'm not sure that's the issue though. I have no problem with snapping straight lines together.

What isn't clear about the image? Do I need to change the color so the lines are easier to distinguish? Here is another snapshot of the image zoomed out. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

You may as well go all the way to the maximum allowed value of 20,000.

 

This is about the display of curves, which are actually segmented in translation into pixels on the screen, and the chunkiness of the segmentation is what the circle Zoom percent is about.  Straight things are not "broken up" like that, which is why Lines are not affected.  When you start with a curve small in the view, and the circle Zoom percent setting is high enough, the segmenting isn't apparent, but when you Zoom way in, it starts to make a visible difference -- what you're seeing is actually a chord  across the curve, but AutoCAD knows where the curve "really" is, and the end of the other one is probably on that actual path.  A higher circle Zoom percent setting reduces the effect, or lets you Zoom in closer before it starts to be apparent, but at any time the suggestion to REGEN will also "clean it up" at the current Zoom level.

Thank you for the input! I changed the viewres to 20, 000 and then used the lengthen command to try to snap to the intersection of the arc but it still did not work.

Post your .dwg instead of images and circle the bad spots. You'll get accurate answer.

problem is highlighted center-left by red circle. you will have to zoom in.

It's right on the intersection with the other arc, I broke the longer arc at the intersection and ID all 3 endpoints, they're all the same.

Did you REGENerate the drawing?  And I would use EXTEND rather than LENGTHEN.
