Previously installed versions that were working earlier that day (AutoCAD 2015), will no longer launch as well without getting the same error message.  Tried unistalling all autodesk programs from the computer and reinstalling AutoCAD 2016 with same result.  Any suggestions to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

The fault module name changed from StackHash to accore.  I am running on Windows 7.  Any other suggestions.

I think the previous link mentioned something about a graphics driver update, which may have been the actual resolution for that particualr issue.

Upon futher research it was discovered that there was an issues with the video driver.  AutoCAD was being ran through Parallels on a Mac, and the latest Mac update did not translate correctly with Parallels, causing the video driver in Windows 7 to appear not to be compatible.  Upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10 resolved the translation issue of the video driver and solved the problem.
