Annotative Text

I opening my drawing up just a while ago that I saved yesterday evening. All of my annotative text in the drawing is moved to one location and is on top of each other. Also in the properties box, annotative is set to "No" instead of "Yes". Any ideas other than having to redo all of my text?

Hi @chreese22,

I'm sorry you are experiencing this annotative text issue. Can you attach the file for me to look?

Hi @chreese22,

I looked at the text you are having problems with. The test style assigned to the objects is annotative but when I look at the properties of one of the text objects it indicates it is not annotative.  There is definitely something wrong in the file. I ran AUDIT and found 6 errors. I proceeded to also run PURGE and -PU>Regapps as additional maintenance steps.

Unfortunately, there is no quick and easy way to put the text back to their original locations. Run the AUDIT should hopefully prevent further problems with the file.

I also noticed that at least on my computer, that there are some text styles that have missing fonts - this might not be the case on your computer. I suggest checking just in case.

It looks like the only text that is messed up is the multi line text, the single line text is fine.
