Annotative Text Not Displaying all Scales in Model Space...

Have an issue...

In model space I have the variable ANNOALLVISIBLE set to '1' to display all annotative objects. Its Displaying all my dimensions, leaders etc. but for some reason its only displaying the text for the current annotative scale? Thought there may be a variable set on my text style but I cant see anything? Any Ideas???

Turn ON  SELECTIONANNODISPLAY (System Variable) = 1 . any changes ?

Was already set to '1'

Believe it or not - I have fixed it... 

Basically I've selected all the text, switched the annotative property off and then switched it back on... Think there must have been some sort of glitch in the text objects... Unfortunately I cant send the drawing to you as its client sensitive...
