Annotative dimensions not right in scale, after "exportlayout"

hi, there

I was trying to export the paper-space layout using "exportlayout" (command line), it turned out those annotative dimensions were not shown correctly in the exported file.

They were perfectly fine in the originals (in scale 1:50, 1:20, 1:10 or so).

Browsed and found nothing.

Original and exported files are both attached.

My system:

AutoCAD 2021; Windows 10; 16G memory; 64-bit system, Intel i5-8500T

Any suggestions?
