All commands, tools, and apple bar with File, Edit, etc.. missing

All tool bars, and file, edit, view, missing. Not sure how to fix this. Please help!

Have you restarted your MAC yet?
Your MacOS is....?
Your AutoCAD year version is...?

Just press CTRL+0 (on the alpha keyborad not the numbers), it toggles between nothing and all your buttons and bars...

CTRL+9 for the command line.
