Adding omitted coordinate prefixes

Hello to all,

I have an architectural drawing of a building. The first two digits of the coordinates are omitted. How can add these two missing digits to everything in the drawing?

We need to see some of your coordinates and how it prepared . does the two digits originally exist or you want to add it to the existing coordinates ?  would you please attache here a drawing sample for testing ?

Turn on, unlock and select all objects in the drawing and simply move it.

This capture shows sample coordinates from the file. X coordinates are missing 59 in the beginning, and Y coordinates should start with 35. So I want to add 59 to X , and 35 to Y coordinates to all entities in this file, so that everything is in the real coordinate frame.
