Add revision information in AutoCAD drawing

Hi, i want to add update/revision information in the title block and the existing text is inserted using enhanced attribute editor, when i double click it opens a window and all the changes are made there. how can i add similar text with new revision. thanks.

@Jaminn1 Usually people will nest the revison attibute within the template block and have like 5 lines of attributes for each revision. It's a big pain in the arse to make and manage bascially. 

My trick is to make 1 generic revision attribute block and not nest within the template block so you can just copy the same attribute multiple times. Way less fuss to make and manipulate.
