I am a student and we have student licenses through my college. when i try to activate or register my serial number comes up fine but not my product key, what can i do? I have assignments that are already late because of this.

ok sorry about that.. i have tried both ways and it still does not work. would it have to do with past subscription's, should i try to delete any cache from previous subscription
