Hi all,
Does anyone know how you can access the electrical toolset in AutoCAD 2021? As a student, I can no longer download AutoCAD Electrical 2021 onto my personal device, but the site says that all of the electrical features are included in AutoCAD 2021. However, I cannot figure out how to access those features. Could someone please lend some guidance on that end? Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,
The Toolsets are included as part of the standard AutoCAD 2021 subscription, but they are still separate installations. I am not sure if as an educational version the Toolsets are included, if they are you can access them under your Autodesk Account. Look for the item AutoCAD - Including Specialized Toolsets and select View all included items.

All the best,
To reiterate - the term "toolset" is misleading. It's still AutoCAD Electrical, you still have to download the entire install and you still have to install it separately.
For example, when you are in your account, you may see something like this:
Expand it, then click on "View included items"
Then you should see something like this, where you can access the download:
Thanks for the quick response. It unfortunately appears that the toolsets are not included for personal use.
Hi @Anonymous,
You can access the downloads through the website manage.autodesk.com.

Note the differences in how AutoCAD is listed here:
Does yours match the top?
In the AutoDesk Get Products window, I don't have that "extended" version - I have installed AutoCAD 2021, but am still not seeing how or where to install AutoCAD electrical...?
@Anonymous - look at the image in post #7 in this thread. Which one matches yours?
