ACAD hang whenever I key in CUI command

I used to have my customized toolbar flyout but lost it recently. I tried retrieving the flyout but whenever I try to use the CUI command, my acad hang and I have to restart.

Any suggestion / good guess what could have happened?

This seems to be like the CUI window is offscreen.

Try this to get it back to the main window:

1. Press ALT + SPACEBAR on the keyboard.
2. Press the M key and tap any ARROW keys.
3. Move the mouse to bring the window into view.

I tried ALT + Space Bar with M / arrow /Mouse nothing happen. I could see the pointer and able to move it around the screen but can't do anything else.

Thank you - after several tries (as suggested by you) somehow I managed to drag this dang CUI out of one corner. Cheers!!

Once you see the CUI window, you just need to release the window by just left-clicking the mouse.
