ACAD 2020 Licensing Error

Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this after installing AutoCAD 2020?  My company has a subscription to the "Architecture, Engineering & Construction" collection of products and I have recently installed AutoCAD 2020 bundled with Advance Steel, both of which are part of that collection.  So, I sometimes (not always), upon starting AutoCAD/Advance Steel, receive a message that my subscription has "timed out" (expired, I assume is what this means).  This first happened when my internet connection was briefly interrupted, but subsequently several times when that was not the case.  This morning it happened again, but I was able to continue using the software after re-starting it.  One thing I did notice, that may provide a clue (though I've never seen anything like this before), in scrolling through all of the products listed in the Desktop App, when I saw Advance Steel in the list there was a "Launch" button next to it.  Could this be one extra step I need to take to avoid any future error messages?  Interestingly, most of the time the program works just fine without any of these annoying interruptions.  Anybody out there want to comment?

Thanks for bringing that to my attention, Dean.  As I said, it's not a deal-breaker....just unexpected and a little perplexing.  I'll keep my fingers crossed that it will be taken seriously at ADesk.

Thanks for the link, Dean. When I saw it, I thought it was just a description of the problem without a solution, but guess I jumped the gun.  I've followed the instructions, so let's see what happens.  BTW, when are you going to be the first solution author to be upgraded to a "13" level on the countdown clock icon...."doomsday clock minutes left til midnight/Armeggedon"?

Cheers,

I've been having the same issue all morning, stumbled on the same solutions, tried them all and nothing is working. Anyone else still having these issues or have a better solution? Anyone else surprised and a bit pissed that AutoDesk comes out with hotfixes that work for some customers but others are still left out in the cold with no way to do their jobs?

Just tossing this out there.  Are you, by any chance, signed in to your Autodesk account?  This morning I wasn't signed in to mine, and even though I've applied the fix that pendean suggested and it's worked out fine for me for weeks now, I got the old error messages when I was not signed in.

Thanks for your suggestion - I am signed in and still get the error message.
