Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this after installing AutoCAD 2020? My company has a subscription to the "Architecture, Engineering & Construction" collection of products and I have recently installed AutoCAD 2020 bundled with Advance Steel, both of which are part of that collection. So, I sometimes (not always), upon starting AutoCAD/Advance Steel, receive a message that my subscription has "timed out" (expired, I assume is what this means). This first happened when my internet connection was briefly interrupted, but subsequently several times when that was not the case. This morning it happened again, but I was able to continue using the software after re-starting it. One thing I did notice, that may provide a clue (though I've never seen anything like this before), in scrolling through all of the products listed in the Desktop App, when I saw Advance Steel in the list there was a "Launch" button next to it. Could this be one extra step I need to take to avoid any future error messages? Interestingly, most of the time the program works just fine without any of these annoying interruptions. Anybody out there want to comment?
