A3 scaling - HELP!!

Hi there!

I am having an issue with printing to scale in A3.

I have set my layout to A3.

I do not have an A3 printer so I have to convert to pdf, then share the pdf with my local printer.

When he prints, the drawing is not to scale.

I have tested with my A4 printer.

When I print directly from Autocad, the drawing is to scale, but when I convert to pdf then print, the scale is slightly off.

How am I able to convert to pdf A3 & print to scale???

Since the hard margins of printers vary, by default most PDF readers (Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.) will default to "scale to fit" when printing a PDF to hardcopy. You end up with a slightly smaller printed version (~96%). Make sure to set it properly.
