Hi, who could assist me on how to go about this question? Additionally, has anyone got a tutorial video on YouTube or any video at all on how to create  a 3D model of pipeline with software AutoCAD. The pipeline consists of more than one variable diameter section and one bended section.

When it comes to the Ansys aspects of that question you will need to reach out to the Ansys work bench community.

As far as modeling pipe in AutoCAD you can use the sweep command like in this video

If you need a more complex pipe you may have to loft between sections.

That said, to properly model the pipe you may need to use the AutoCAD plant 3D toolset. This will have several parts that are spec driven which will help model to actual dimensions of manufactured pipe. Especially when it comes to concentric and eccentric reducers and bend radius options etc..
