3D Display Issues - severe

I've never used AutoCAD in 3D mode before (coming from Inventor) and I'm having severe display issues. Objects appear fragmented and triangles jump all over when navigating and performance is terrible. I'm using an Nvidia RTX 3060 on card on Win11. Other software works great (Inventor, AutoCAD in 2D etc).  Things I've tried so far:

Several versions of the Nvidia driver including the latest.

All display modes (realistic, shaded etc.)

Every possible combination of settings in System/Graphics Performance

AutoCAD 2021 and 2023.

Consolidation Mode 0

Any thoughts? Any help much appreciated.

Check to see if your model is not far from 0,0,0

Then see if Graphic acceleration is at fault.

It does appear to be far from 0.  Is there any quick way to move everything?  Thanks!

[I think you mean Hardware Acceleration, which is an option within the GRAPHICSCONFIG command.]

Moving it to 0,0,0 did not fix it.  Turning off hardware acceleration did not fix it.  I tried all the suggestions on the previous link.  I'll see if I can get permission to upload the file.  Thanks for all the suggestions but no luck.

Here is the file I'm having trouble with, if anyone has the time to load and see if it's just me would be much appreciated.

*edit - I guess this won't work, it seems to have a bunch of x-refs or something.

Thanks for trying it. Unfortunately, that's not at all what it's supposed to look like. 90% of it is missing.
