2D plan, 3D tools don't work, don't see them in this drawing.

Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this problem.

I've got a 2D plan, I got it from ArcMap. I made a vew ajustments in the drawing and now I wanted to start drawing in 3D but the tools aren't working. Push/pull doesn't work, even when I try the box tool I don't see anything happening.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

What does the commandline say the problem is? Expand it to much taller than 1-line (try like 10 for now) and read, let us know what it says and if you still cannot figure it out from there.
