There is a Toolbar that contain erase, copy, rotate, Move, Offset, etc. I could not find that tool bar. I found 2019 version of AutoCAD for my desktop. It is easy to use that tool bar instead of opening Modify for these commands.
Can anybody help me to find that tool bar?

Do a screenshot of that toolbar and share that here

-TOOLBAR
Modify
Show
I was able to open the location but could not find what I was looking for. I was looking exacty what you have shown.
I have attached a screen shot where I am in my effort.
unless you share a screenshot of what you're looking for all we can do is guess or provide you with what's built into autocad now

I do not have Toolbar and that is why I cannot show in a screen shot. But if you see Pendean's post in reply of my first post - you can see the toolbar I am looking for.
Now can you do a screenshot and share with us how that Modify toolbar looks?

I have attached a screen shot showing the location of the tool bars. I am used to it and that is what I was trying to get
Yep that’s the standard Modify toolbar that comes shipped with AutoCAD. In your case it’s positioned vertically in 2019 and docked to the side. My posts just shows it in 2020 floating horizontally on the drawing screen. If you accidentally closed it and want it back as I mentioned in my replies run the following commands to get it to show:
-TOOLBAR
Modify
Show
Yes, definitely stay with the version that's still working. I just wanted to point out that the 2019 Toolbar version you referred to is the same as or similar to the tool bar I had posted called: Modify
Also notice that when you enter the following commands:
Command: -TOOLBAR
Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: Modify
AutoCAD responds with the following options:
Enter an option [Show/Hide/Left/Right/Top/Bottom/Float] <Show>:
As I've already talked about what Show does, there are the additional prompts like: Float
This will cause the specified toolbar in this case the Modify toolbar to move from a docked position that may not be seen to a floating location on the drawing screen.
Now you can drag this Modify toolbar to a different docked right, left, top or bottom location on the drawing area.
