Why does the Numpad not work in the Attribute Editor window in AutoCAD?

I'm working on MAC, my Keyboard is HP, previously I didn't have this problem on PC. Now every time I press any digit on numpad the window closes automatically,  it doesn't allow me to enter any digit from right side of the keyboard. Numpad turned on. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Are you sure that HP keyboard numpad is supported on Mac?
