Why do Curves/circles keep turning to polygons?

I've noticed when drafting my curves/circles keep changing to polygons, why is this? (see attached image)

In command Line type 

Grapconfig

then change 2D display setting from advance to intermedia or From intermedia to advance. 

if by doing this your issue gets resolved them you have to check your Graphic card drivers. 

But this would work for you. -.-
