I'm a user using Autocad MacBook 2024.
Unable to use CONVERTPSTYLES in AutoCAD for Mac about solution.
I've already searched and found a solution, but I'm having trouble following the solution.
Once I tried to add ctb, I couldn't activate it and I only saw stb.
Issue:When attempting to use the CONVERTPSTYLES command in AutoCAD for Mac, the program returns "Unknown command."
Causes:The CONVERTPSTYLES command has not yet been implemented in AutoCAD for Mac.
Solution:To convert the plot style mode of a drawing in AutoCAD for Mac:
- Launch the program and choose File > New Drawing...
- Create a new blank drawing using the ACAD.DWT template (or any template that uses color-dependent (CTB) plot styles ).
- At the command line, enter INSERT (CLASSICINSERT in 2020 and newer), choose the affected drawing to covert, check "Explode", and insert the block at 0,0 on the model tab.
- Choose Insert > Layout > Layout from Template...
- Switch the file format from DWT to DWG, choose the same affected drawing file, then Open.
- Select the desired layout(s) from the list, then Insert.
- Navigate to the layout or model tab and click Edit Page Setup at the top of the screen.
- Under Plot Style Table in the upper right, switch from the STB plot style table to one of the CTB plot style tables, then OK.
- Save the file and test the plot.
When I insert dwg file, and doInsert > Layout > Layout from Template... nothing changes,
so I have no idea where the edit page set up is
I can't figure out if I'm missing something very simple or if there's an error. I'm not an English-speaking country, so please understand the grammar that may be awkward.
