Unable to save files

Hello.

When I try to open a drawing it tells me it is in read only (not really the case). I open as read only and try to "save as" with no success. It gives me a message telling me it can't save the file. See both messages attached. Tried audit and purge. Tried reseting Autocad. Keep in mind these drawings were created with this Autocad and this computer a while back and were worked on just fine until now.

I appreciate any help I can get. Work is stopped right now.Alert #1.pngAlert #2.png

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!
Hi Rafael,

Do you have this issue only with one specific drawing or with all of your drawings?
Do you open drawings locally or from Network location?
Have you tried to put drawings to another location (locally, inside your Home folder)?
Have you tried to restart your Mac?

Hi.
This happens with all files. They are stored locally. Mac was restarted many times since this started.
Thank you.

Do you have problems with drawings that was created "a while back", or with all of your drawings, including newly created?

The problem exists with all files. I tried with very old files, very new ones and everything in between.

Thanks for following up.

Is this the only way to get support from Autodesk? I fell like I should get my money back. This product is unusable.

Best regards.

Try this:

email yourself one of the drawings you able to open in read-only mode, save attachment from the mail, try to open drawing. Do you see the "read-only" alert?

Yes, you can get support from your Autodesk account page:

manage.autodesk.com

On the top select Support, then:
