Text issues in PDF after publishing

I`m using AutoCAD 2013 on a MacBook. I have to work woth PDF and the only way I can use them it`s drawing on them. There`s a way that you can convert a PDF to DWG, and you can also edit it (like remove some things or draw).

At the moment only AutoCAD 2017 for Windows can convert PDF to DWG (import PDF).
On Mac you need to use third party applications for this: AI can export to DWG or DXF, Inkscape also can export to DXF, but with some limitations.
There are also some applications in MAS which can accomplish this task.
