SSM & Title Block Migration from Windows to MAC

I am trying to migrate a SSM and title block that was created on Windows over to Mac and am running into difficulty with the fields associated with the SSM not registering (showing as hashtags). Is this a known issue with Mac?

A google AI search seems to suggest that Mac does not offer 'full SSM functionality' but the SSM fields still appear available - as shown in the screenshot - so I don't think the SSM is a limitation.

There appears to be some incompatibility between the Windows and Mac versions of SSM, or this particular DST file contains data that isn't recognized correctly on a Mac. I tried opening the DST file and your drawing in AutoCAD for PC, and the fields work correctly, but when I opened this sheet set on a Mac, the fields don't retrieve the correct information from the sheet set properties.
If I create a sheet set on a Mac and then open it on a PC, make some changes and open it on Mac again - everything works fine.
