Figured it out, it's under modify>dimension styles>symbols and arrows>break size

Nevermind it's not working the way I wanted. When I make the break size number bigger the actual break is smaller, and same goes for when I make the number smaller. It's like it's acting on a percentage of the line length but I want the break size to be a set length no matter how long a line is. How would I do this?
