When printing a solid fill with transparency, the fill presents the diagonals as if it were triangulated.

when printing the same file from another window version the problem doesn't exist.

Hi @Anonymous ,

What AutoCAD for Mac version do you use?

What macOS version do you have on your Mac?

What Printer do you use in Plot window settings?

>>>>>when printing the same file from another window version the problem doesn't exist.

Not sure if I understand correctly what you mean by "another window". Can you clarify?

Can you share your drawing here?

Sorry, I should be more specific!
I am using a student version of AutoCad 2023, my mac is updated to Monterey 12.5.1.
I am using an HP plotter Designjet T610 44in and an EPSON printer WF-7720 Series, but i have the same problem with all the printers i used.
I asked a friend to try printing the file from Windows ambient, she had no problems!

I have this problem with all my drawings, but i can share one of them, you mean the dwg file?
Sorry, for me is the first time asking to solve a problem here!
thank you for your answer!

Yes, please share one of them.

Meanwhile I have another question:

Do you print directly to the physical device?

Yes, I see the problem. Actually it is knowing problem when printing transparency from autoCAD directly to the physical printer.

There are two workarounds:

1/ Use build-in AutoCAD PDF (xxxx).pc3 Printer in Print window to create PDF file. You can use "Preview" button to generate temporary PDF file and print it from your PDF viewer to physical device.

2/ Edit Solid hatches: convert them to Gradient Hatches with the same values for Color 1 and Color 2.
