I normally work with the pc version and have never had this issue.
When I am using any kind of snap, it is not showing, but it is working.
e.g. I am trying to snap to the end of a line, the little green snap-box is not showing, but if I zoom all the way in, I can see that the snap is complete.
Sometimes restarting the application helps. Resetting the application does not..
Can you make a quick test: - draw line - ensure that ENDpoit OSNAP is active - start another LINE command and slowly hover crosshairs above the first line
Can you see OSNAP ENDpoint marker? What if you stop moving cursor above the first line? Does marker appears without delay? Or it start to show after some time?
