Snap point accuracy issue when drawing polylines

Hello,

When drawing a polyline in Autodac, I encounter a precision issue. The software displays the snap point (e.g., an intersection), and I correctly select it. However, when I zoom in, I notice that the actual point registered is slightly offset.

I have an example image where I clearly selected my snap point, but after zooming in, I see that my green point does not align with the blue point as expected at the intersection. I often experience an offset of around 0.33.

Is this a known issue? Is there a setting I can adjust to improve the drawing accuracy?

Thanks in advance for your help!

The problem could be that there are multiple intersection possibilities at that location. A better test would be to start a new dwg then draw two lines that cross each other like an X. Then the start point of the third line object snap to the intersection of the two and see if AutoCAD locates that correctly

Hi @maela_houssen ,

Do you have this issue in all drawings? Or just in one?

Can you share here the drawing you took a screenshot of?
