Serial Number & Product Key don't mutch

Dear sirs

I have an Autocad 2015 for Mac.

When I use serial number and product key, I see following message:

"The Serial Number or Product Key don't Match. 

Valid format for serial number is (XXX-XXXXXXXX)"

Don't understand, what I must to do. All figures of s/n and pr.key I was use at the required fields. Nothing else figures or spaces I was used not.

Please, inform me, which way I can register my product?

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. I am not seeing AutoCAD for Mac in your student account, what I would suggest doing is going to the educational page here and generating a new serial number.
