Raster image not showing up when rendering online

I have attached a raster image on my drawing and it doesn't show up in cloud rendering. A blank (white) area appears where the image should be (as shown in my attachment). Is there a way to make it visible? I'm using AutoCAD 2019 for mac in student version.

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi Maria,

I don't have such kind of problem on my side.

How did you upload the drawing for online rendering?

In order to get the correct result you need to use Package Drawing to create Transmittal Package (ZIP archive with your drawing and raster image you attached to it), then upload this archive (but not only DWG file).

Oh I didn't know about that option at all (transmittal package). I just uploaded my DWG file. I'll try it the way you suggested and come back to accept it as a solution if it works. Thank you.
