Question mark on cursor while measuring the distance, area, radius

Having an issue with Autocad LT 2024 for Mac.

I run the software on a new Macbook Pro. 

I do not have this issue on an older Macbook Pro, Autocad LT 2019 for Mac.

Is there a setting I can update without resetting the software to default?

The ? is normal while you seek to complete a MEASUREGEOM command sub-option: it is a reminder you are in mid-election. It is nor present in older commands like DIST and AREA.

Did you actually use MEASUREGEOM command in your older software? I no longer have access to a version that old to check.
