PNG Import Weirdness

Trying to import a .png file for my logo and I'm not understanding the result.

Using 2019 AutoCAD LT for Mac.  Go to FILE/ATTACH.  Choose the .png.  I don't change any of the settings.

This is the original file:

KBDS Logo-Small.png

this is what imports:

Screen Shot 2019-11-06 at 3.47.55 PM.png

Not sure where to even start looking for an answer on this.  I can load the .png into my image editor fine.  Is .png import even possible?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi Keith,

Select the image, you attached, in the drawing area, then in Properties Inspector (with "ALL" properties active) go to "Misc" section (on the bottom" and check-mark "Background transparency" option.
