New Layer not showing up in properties list

Looking for some help. I created a new layer but it's not accessible in the properties list or active list. 

For example I created "Wall Hatch" and "Windows" layers but it's not coming up in the Properties (see screenshot below)

What AutoCAD version do you use?

What macOS installed on your Mac?

Do you have this issue in all of your drawings?

If it is only one specific drawing - can you share it here?

Do you have a Layer Group/filter running that excludes those newly created ones from appearing in the list (because that's what layer groups/filters do)?

I have AutoCAD Mac Lite. It's all the drawings

I'm not sure. It might be that. If so, how can I turn it off? Or add it to a group/filter?

Hi @infoT9TGT ,

Have you tried to place cursor in the Layers list over this area?

In my case the list starts to scroll and I see all Layers.
