my area calculation command does not work

Hello, my area calculation command is not working. I can select my order then my points but as soon as I press enter then my order is canceled

What command do you use for area calculation?

There are at least two commands: AREA and MEASUREGEOM with Area option.

They both use Command window and Dynamic input prompt to show the result of area calculations.

Can you provide more information about the steps you are using to calculate area? possibly with screenshots of the results.

thanks for replying,  but I tried both commands to calculate the area but neither works. You can see on my screenshots that I can press the command, enter my points but as soon as I press enter it closes my entered area without any information

What do you see in the Command window (you can expand it by dragging upper border with mouse) after you press Return at the end of AREA (MEASUREGEOM) command?

You should see something like this for AREA command:

Do you have Dynamic input enabled? If yes, then you should see this for AREA command :

or this (for MEASUREGEOM command):
