Hello.
I have a frame around some of the mtext in my drawing that looks fine in model and paper space, but when I print to PDF the text is slightly wider and extends outside of the text frame. Please see attached image.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
Thanks.

Hi @bretwieseler ,
What Printer do you use to "print" your drawing to PDF?
Have you tried one of the "AutoCAD PDF..." printers?
Hi Bret,
Can you share your DWG and resulting PDF here for review as @pendean asked?

Thank you so much for your files: I seem unable to replicate your issue, but I do notice your font in the two PDFs (yours and mine) are sized different for sure
Thanks.
Interesting. DO you think it could be an issue with Acrobat and not AutoCAD?
Bret,
I also cannot reproduce this issue on my side - tried in AC 2019, AC 2022 and AC 2023.
But when I opened the resulting PDFs in Affinity Designer, I noticed that in your PDF text height is 3.6mm (10.1 pt) and in PDFs, created on my Mac it is 3.3mm (9.4 pt).
I also noticed that in the archive with your drawing you provided, there is ArialMdm.ttf font, which is not visible to AutoCAD even it is installed on my system.
How do you use this font in your drawing?
And another question: have you installed all Updates to your AutoCAD for Mac 2021? The last one is 2021.3 Update which includes all Updates.

No, it is not Acrobat issue.
Try to open attached PDF on your Mac.
Do you see correct font size?
I cleaned the fonts on my system and resolved duplicate fonts and now the problem is fixed!
Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
