missing elements toolbar and menu

Hi

I have a mac book pro of 2014 with OSX el capitain 10.11.6

I have get the student account and installed autocad 2015-student.

I cannot see the left toolbar and the top menu ( see the image )

I don faound any solution on your community .

Could some one help me ? Many advanced thanks

Are you still running this issue? 

Have you noticed this previously? 

Try the following; 

Log in as a separate user on your system, does the issue happen there as well? 

Apply all updates to your AutoCAD Mac
