Materials Editor in AutoCAD 2017 for MAC

Good evening,

I cannot found the materials editor, why?
This is the first time that I work on MAC, on Windows I have no problem to edit materials because I only need to click on the chosen material then on the pencil icon under the name, but on MAC I cannot do this!
Can somebody help me?

Hi,

Materials Editor is not available in AutoCAD for Mac, furthermore you cannot use RENDER command locally in 2017 version, only Cloud Rendering avaliable in AutoCAD for Mac since this release.

I have also problem about material editor in AutoCAD for mac. I can't change the size of material. There is no appearance editor.

Please tell us anyone who knows how to edit materials in AutoCAD 2017 for mac. thanks..

Hi Mark,

You cannot edit materials in AutoCAD for Mac, there is no Material Editor in it.

Why can you not edit material? Even as little as change a color in AutoCAD Mac 3D, you cannot edit any material......

I was going to purchase a license, but if you are saying that it doesn't allow in CAD for Mac at all then I won't buy it.
