mac layout to a window layout

I just downloaded autocad 2017 to my mac and wanted to know if there is a way to change the layout to have all my tools on top of my screen instead on the side i want it to look like how it is in a windows computer

There is no way to emulate the Windows Ribbon and there are many requests from customers to make the Toll Palettes re-positionable.
