Using Autocad LT 2021 on Mac and need to place Elevation tags on Plan. When I looked this up, it referred me to the Annotative Tab. My interface does not have the large top ribbon and I cannot find how to display the annotative tab. I've attached my screen capture below. Is there a preference setting to have the Ribbon Tool bar at the top? help!

I'm using Autocad LT 2021. I'm needing to place elevation tags onto a floor plan. When i look this up it directs me to open the Annotative Tab. My toolbars & interface do not have the large top Ribbon (which would be my preference) and I cannot figure out how to modify preference to show this annotative tab. help!
Ribbon (and a Tab as part of ribbon) is a windows thing,
you have another software(Autocad LT FOR MAC).
MAC=No Ribbon
We need to know what you want, which command..
TEXT, MTEXT? Another one?

Ask your teacher/instructor if that tag is a block or text, and what command is actually being used, that would help you look it up in HELP in your program.
Otherwise... blocks are inserted from the purple section, text are inserted from the green section, see image below, tap that HELP button to learn more about what it is you are clicking on

@pendean I'm actually a design professional and have been using autocad for several years. I recently started at a small interior firm using autocad for mac (which is new to me) and they do not have standards up yet. Can you clarify that autocad LT 2021 for mac does not have a default tool palette that includes callouts? (see image) Again, I'm looking to place an elevation tag marker- if it is not in a tool palette I assume i will need to find one I can download.
This is not a tab of a ribbon, this is a tab of the ToolPalette.
(Tool)Palettes are also a Windows thing and not available on Mac.
Check out the Block section for predefined samples og what you can do in AutoCAD (predefined toolpalettes are also only samples of stuff you can build yourself)...

Go to Blocks Palette - Command +2 shortcut, if it is not active.
Select Library tab -> Annotation Metric or Imperial:
